Staff was very kind and friendly. The room was nice overall, if a little bit stuffy. Mini fridge was iced over and did not keep food cold. Great location, off a service road with a light, which was important for the busy main road. Breakfast was good, did not visit pool, but it looked nice as well.

The staff was "somewhat friendly", the room was clean and comfortable. However the breakfast could use some work. The the oatmeal was cool, yogurt machine was broken the first day of our stay, the sausage links were we're not cooked to the full capacity, and other mishaps as far aa breakfast. As far as the room there were individuals outside smoking Cannibas, which is illegal in the state of Tennessee. Overall the perhaps working on the staff demeanors to be more welcoming , better quality of breakfast, and to avoid allowing others to smoke illegal substances on the property.

The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the location was easy to get to. The large playground was really nice and we are looking forward to returning with our granddaughter soon to enjoy it and the pool.
