Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean, nicely appointed. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well as the restaurant Chair 5. The staff were attentive, the rooms are decorated nicely and the beds were comfortable. We will be back!

We stayed at the Break for two nights during our trip to New England. The Break was an incredible find. Beautiful hotel in a great location. The roof top restaurant and bar were fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely return next time we are in the area visiting family. Excellent experience.

Our first and not our last visit. Beautiful, clean and impeccably maintained property close to beaches and restaurants. The only minor negative comment was the unreliability of their so called shuttle to the 4-5 stops noted . We never saw it during our 2 night stay after trying once to use it. Everything else was wonderful.

Staff was great. Room was nice and neat. Location was perfect. Walking distance, if you don’t mind a good walk, to the beach. Also a couple places to eat within walking distance. Not too busy around hotel. Parking lot is small but there was a business next door that was shut down so parked there with no issues. No ice machine but bar staff had no issues filling up the ice bin. In our room the a/c unit was above the bed and blew on us all night. That was a little challenging to regulate. Overall we had a great trip and would recommend the hotel and area.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. The rooms are appointed with electric fireplaces which made it cozy. We didn’t get to eat there, the restaurant closes at 830, but it was a pleasant stay!

A great place! Room was fantastic, large and clean with a fridge, coffee, creamers etc… My friend sat in front of the fireplace all night. The heated pool and sauna was awesome. Breakfast came with a mimosa or Bloody Mary. Balcony was a perfect view of the ocean. A water station serving still, hot and bubbled water on our floor, fresh cookies and a fridge with ice.

Everything is great in this hotel. I love the privacy, but I also love the in room fireplace. I also love the ease of getting in and out. The staff is really nice and accommodating. The hotel is clean and lovely and a perfect escape. I’ve stayed more than once.
