“Check was a complete disaster, the staff of 3 took forever and one employee wanted to use his personal phone to photograph my passport and id. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous for foreign travelers having their information stored on a device that isn’t secured by the property. When my frustration was noticed by one of the 3 staff , a kind female. She took over and said it should be captured on the hotel scanner. “I stayed only one night and wish I stayed longer! The setting in the trees with Ganga below is just beautiful, so peaceful and refreshing and special. The design is also stunning (though the bathrooms are a bit awkward, I’d suggest moving the coffee/tea station out from the bathroom?). Staff were SO kind and helpful. I recommend that you visit!”
