Chalets en Napton-on-the-Hill

“Friendly and helpful.”

“It's okay if it's only for a night but not for more. It's located in a service area and there is a lack of services (for example bar, gym or proper breakfast). Despite all, staff is very nice and helpful. ”

“Hotel de paso. Correcto”

“There was mix up between our confirmed room type that we had booked and paid for on Expedia (Executive room) compared to what Expedia had sent to the hotel for our booking (Standard room). As a result, the first room we were given keys to was definitely a step down from what we had expected and, honestly, wasn't in the best of shape. Chips on furniture, paint missing etc. (see photos). It also didn't feel the cleanest. The hallway carpets on the way there also seemed worn and in need of a...

“It's a pretty setting and the room was clean. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. “Great room away from the pub itself. The accommodation was clean, and quiet in the evening. The pub shuts no later than 10. Lovely views of the canal. There are a couple of pubs within walking distance along the tow path, including a micro brewery. The White Hart sells amazing Indian food! We shared a pizza for lunch in the Narrowboat which was lovely. Staff helpful and friendly. Very dog friendly! Ubers are available if you want a trip out. They seem to be a bit more reasonable than the...

“What a lovely surprise! This is a beautiful hotel in every way. The rooms are astonishing with so many little details. The renovations are incredibly impressive. The staff were fabulous. And the breakfast lovely. A truly relaxing stay and a great find.”

“A fabulous find in a great location in Leamington. A short walk to town but very quiet overnight. Comfortable bed with great pillows :) and a delicious breakfast cooked to order. Martha was a great host - thanks!”

“As a stopover stay for us, it was pleasant enough. A good breakfast was included,”
