The best food in Naples is served at the hotel restaurant! Our most relaxing times were on the terrace of the restaurant. Unfortunately we had a bedbug in our first room. The hotel was very accommodating and we were moved immediately.

Lovely stay, great location, clean/comfortable rooms, very good buffet breakfast, nice pool & sun terrace, and an amazing sea view from both the breakfast area and the rooftop bar. Only slight issue was the 2 hour daily restriction (which needs to be pre-booked) on accessing the pool area which wasn’t made clear on Expedia, and no access to the pool after check out. However there’s a really nice beach area 20 minutes walk down the promenade as an alternative for swimming and sunbathing.

Great location, near a harbour on the seafront and brilliant views over the bay from the rooftop bar area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Be aware that the roof top pool area has to be booked in 2hour time slots ( not clear on the Expedia website) and on day one of our stay we couldn’t get a slot at all. In fairness we had slots for the next 2 days and the pool area was well worth a visit. Air con in the hotel and our room was also not very powerful, which I have seen commented on by other reviews. Overall though would recommend and would stay again.

Pros… Check in was efficient. Afternoon staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Location is amazing!! Cons… Mold and dust! If you have allergies don’t stay here. You exit the elevator to your room and it hits you like a brick. The place needs a complete refurbishment. Really unfortunate because the property could be great. But it’s horrible (the rooms). Stay somewhere else.

Room was clean and the daily maid service maintained a high standard over the 8 days we stayed. Staff were helpful and polite always. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of dishes. Swimming pool area great addition and well maintained. Room / corridor leading to room was in need of repairs. Tv wasn’t well fixed to the wall. Decoration was dated ( supposedly in the style of 1950’s) and the shower didn’t work properly until the last day having reported the problem after Day 1.

Loved our stay! The dinner staff was amazing, they helped our son have an authentic Italian experience and even showed him how to properly eat spaghetti. The reception desk was also so helpful, they kept our luggage after check out so we could attend a local tour. Overall thankful for all the hospitality here at the Continental.

We only stayed here for a brief overnight since we had to leave early in the morning, but my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We weren't able to eat breakfast there since we had to leave early for the airport but the staff were very helpful in packing up items to eat on the drive there. I would definitely stay here again!
