It was clean and located next to port and near the restaurants. The bad: no towels, which I discovered only in the morning when no staff was around. The room had weird steps across it making it a hazard for elderly. Not a chair in the room. Not a single, be it plastic, cup. And to the management: napkins and toilet paper are *different* things. Rent it only in case of dispair.

While the room was ok within itself the noise from outside was disturbing (even though it had double glazed windows) you also need to pay for the lifts (which is not advised before arrival there was no cups/glasses in the room at all Great location

Fyi it is at the right side of the 2nd building from the port. No sign. U have to go thru a court yard to a second area. They charge for elevator. They dont have a check in person until 300pm. They make you use three codes to get to room. No key. Check in is on 6th floor. Rooms on 8. Elevator will wake you up at 7. Code entering by guests will wake u all night. Room is good. Not an enclosed box like pics suggest. I had balcony to inner courtyard. Tv and stations were great. Not so much sewer smell. Bed was saggy. Wifi good. Curtains good. Like i said, half good half bad. Very odd in total.

숙소 고민할 한국인을 위해 씁니다. 룸 컨디션 주로 이야기하자면 최근 리노베이션을 해서 시설이 깔끔합니다. 특히 오션뷰가 예술이었습니다. 직원도 친절했고, 객실 청소상태는 깨끗했고요, 화장실에 곰팡이도 전혀 없습니다. 방은 넓지는 않지만 침대도 4성급 호텔처럼 편했고요. 에어컨도 빵빵합니다. 이 숙소가 좋은 가장 큰 이유는 페리 선착장이 코앞에 있으며 공항버스의 종점이라는 것입니다. 카프리섬에 가기 위해 아침 일찍 출발할 때 너무 좋았고요. 체크아웃 하고 공항버스 탈때 무조건 앉아갑니다. 참고로 숙소 근처에 현지인 맛집도 꽤 많습니다. 가성비 정말 만족해서 다음에 갈 때도 이용할 생각입니다. 잘 놀다 갑니다😊

Estivemos hospedados no Hotel Bella Capri, em Nápoles, e a experiência foi excelente. Chegamos ao hotel por volta das 18:00 e fomos recebidos pelo recepcionista Alexie, que foi extremamente prestativo e atencioso durante toda a nossa estadia. Como não falo italiano, ele realizou todo o meu check-in em espanhol, o que fez toda a diferença e nos deixou muito mais confortáveis. Ficaríamos em Nápoles apenas uma noite e precisávamos de um táxi às 03:00 da manhã para o aeroporto. Alexie prontamente organizou a reserva e nos auxiliou em tudo o que precisávamos, sempre com muita cordialidade e profissionalismo. O quarto era extremamente confortável, equipado com ar-condicionado, frigobar e tudo à nossa disposição para uma estadia tranquila. O banheiro também era excelente, com um ótimo chuveiro algo que valorizamos muito, principalmente após dias de viagem. Sem dúvidas, foi uma hospedagem que superou nossas expectativas. Se eu voltar a Nápoles, o Hotel Bella Capri será novamente a minha acomodação.

Ich habe vor Kurzem einige Tage im Hotel Bella Capri in Neapel verbracht und war wirklich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man spontan etwas brauchte, sei es ein Supermarkt oder kleinere Läden, war das überhaupt kein Problem. Die Anreise vom Flughafen dauerte etwas länger, was sich in einer Stadt wie Neapel aber nicht vermeiden lässt. Ein besonderes Highlight war für mich die Aussicht; vom Hotel aus konnte man direkt auf den Hafen und das Meer blicken. Diese Aussicht war einfach traumhaft, besonders bei Sonnenauf-/-untergang. Auch in puncto Sicherheit gab es nichts auszusetzen. Ich habe mich in und um das Hotel jederzeit wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist ebenfalls top; direkt vor dem Hotel hält eine Straßenbahn, was es einfach macht, auch weitere Ziele in der Stadt schnell zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Nachteil ergibt sich jedoch genau daraus: durch die Straßenbahn und den Verkehr „direkt vor der Tür“ kann es, besonders morgens oder nachts, recht laut werden. Zwar konnte man dennoch schlafen, aber absolute Ruhe sollte man nicht erwarten. Wer sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte das im Hinterkopf behalten. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel Bella Capri wirklich empfehlen, besonders für alle, die eine zentrale Lage und eine schöne Aussicht schätzen.

Excelente hotel. Habitaciones nuevas, muy limpio y con un balcón gigante. La ubicación es excelente, cerca del metro y a pie de muchas atracciones. Es un poco difícil de encontrar xq está adentro de un edificio pero muy bien todo!
