Very central location. Quiet and clean. Only there for one night but would recommend! If booking on Expedia, reach out to property on WhatsApp (very responsive) for check in info/communication.

So pleased we booked this! Immaculate room & bathroom, we had a comfy sleep and woke up to authentic Napoli on our doorstep. Self check-in was easy and host was on WhatsApp to support. Would thoroughly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is excellent. I arrived quite late in the evening, so the street seemed a bit sketchy at first, but in the morning it was full of life so don’t let the first impression fool you if you arrive late. I received clear instructions for check-in. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Nothing to complain about. The room had all the basic amenities I needed.

We loved our stay here so much that we didn’t want to leave. This place is located right in the middle of all the action, shops, restaurants, etc. Our room had a small balcony that overlooked a rustic side street full of shops and vendors, right next to a bell tower. Very pretty. Great location to be able to walk to everything, and not too far from the port. This will be our spot every time we visit!

The place itself is bright, fresh and newly renovated. Its located right in the heart of the bustle. It is quite loud later in the night as many ppl are outside. The host arranged transportation to the airport however driver never showed up but we managed to dind our own transportation.

Definitely in the center of old Napoli and easy and close access to attractions and dining. The apartment was spacious and clean. Communication with the management was difficult. I did not receive a reply to the RFI I placed on the Expedia message board and did not receive an email. I had to track down the number of the management and call to get entry instructions. As well, we had an early flight the next morning and the outer gate was locked. We could not find the key, and had some difficulty finding and operating the keypad as it was on the outside of the gate.

The location and the property once you find it is excellent but to find it is very hard so I’m writing instructions here to make it easier for future visitors: Ask/look for “San Lorenzo Maggiore” church and from there short walk down the street “S. Gregorio Armeno” until you reach the number 21 on your left.

Right in the heart of all the busy shops. Close to everything. A bit tricky to check-in since it's contact less. Was not crazy of the initial entrance because it's old and rundown BUT once you reach the top of the room floor. Very nice and modern.

Great stay

Amazing location, really central but not loud, lovely decoration and great bathroom. Only negative would be the water pressure in the shower and bath, took 45/50 minutes to fill the bath and shower weak too but other than that, everything else was great.

I Do Not recommend this place due to several reasons. Location, which made me feel very unsafe. Location, which is IMPOSSIBLE to find. There’s no proper signage outside the property to make it easier for the guests to locate this place. The description of this property on Expedia website is misleading, not mentioning that you have to drag your luggage about 30 steps in darkness to reach the place. Besides being scared and stressed, I had to use my phone flash light to see where I was going. It was the worst night at the end of my trip. Description is also misleading saying that the rooms are soundproof which is absolutely not true. Room setup is impractical. No place to put my luggage except on the floor. No shelving space in the bathroom for toiletries. The closet door didn’t open. Only one sheet was provided. Didn’t get prompt response from the host when needed help. I’m just glad I had to stay for 1 night.

Located in the heart of the historical centre is great but lively. 1 night we heard loads of fireworks going off around the corner for 10 minutes for seemingly no apparent reason. It was also tricky to get to from train station. Metro was closed so we ended up walking. Even in a car, the area is not accessible. The place itself was stylishly furnished and the balcony overlooking the popular tourist street was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
