This small hotel was right in the centre, minutes from the metro & a fantastic location for us to explore Naples. It was well maintained and really comfortable with everything you need. This place was excellent. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and also willing to accommodate when our plans didn't match their normal operation. The breakfast was great. You have the ability to customize what is included on top of their standard menu and there is an extra level of relaxation because it's delivered to your room for you to enjoy on your own schedule. The location was great, quiet, but also really close to Spaccanapoli with easy access to many attractions. We really enjoyed our stay, I can't recommend them enough.

Great service, lovely and spacious room. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a smooth check in and check out. Bruna recommended good places to eat and visit. The location in the historic centre was excellent - an easy walk to most places as a first time visitor. There's lots of restaurants, convenience stores and a taxi stand nearby. We had the room with a balcony, which was nice to watch the goings on in Naples' busy streets, so there's some noise. You have to carry luggage one flight to make it to the main reception. No elevators from the ground. The front desk is not 24 hours. Most times there was no one staffing the front desk. They're easily reachable by WhatsApp and responded promptly. Wifi was good and the AC was strong. The beds were comfortable and they stocked the fridge everyday. The room had coffee and tea service. You'll need to ask for milk. The safe didn't work for us, but we figured things out. Breakfast was really nice. They served it at 8am, but if you needed it a little earlier, you can ask to make arrangements. We left early a few days for tours and got our breakfast at 7:30am. The rooms are large - we had two levels. If you have any mobility issues, you might find the stairs a bit challenging. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was luxurious - there were jets everywhere! There was lots of room for your toiletries and you could spread things out. For two girls traveling, we have lots of products and the space was nice. Overall, a good choice for the price.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern für zwei Nächte in Neapel und das Accadia Relais wärmstens empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Platz für vier Personen war Durchsicht und sehr gut ausreichend. Das Zimmer 1 verfügt über ein Bad und ein Gäste WC. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, wird frisch zubereitet und am Tag vorher hinsichtlich Getränken und Essen, darunter auch neapolitanischen Gebäck, vorbestellt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und nimmt sich Zeit, mit den Gästen zu reden. Hervorzuheben ist die wunderschöne Innenarchitektur der Unterkunft, die den Fotos in nichts nachsteht. Die Lage ist genial. Flughafen und Sant Elmo sind mit Taxi und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln innerhalb von einer halben Stunde erreichbar, alles andere ist zu Fuß sehr nah (Metro, Don Gennaro Murales, Dom, Porta die Massa) bzw ohne lange Märsche erreichbar (Spanisches Viertel, Basilika Santa Chiara). Von uns eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Bellissima suite arredata con gusto, pulita e con finiture di pregio. Bellissimi i soffitti a cassettone antichi. La colazione era buonissima e servita ogni giorno in camera. Il personale ci ha aiutato in ogni senso a pianificare il nostro soggiorno e ci ha fornito consigli utili per visitare la città e sui migliori ristoranti nei dintorni. Quand on arrive devant la grande porte en bois extérieure, on ne soupçonne pas la pépite à l'intérieur. L'accueil est parfait avec Bruna ainsi que les conseils pour les lieux à visiter et les restos alentours. Et la chambre était parfaite tant dans l'agencement que la décoration. Le petit dejeuner le matin, à commander la veille est un luxe car vous le prenez dans votre chambre, il est livré à l’heure souhaitée. Bref, digne d’un super grand hotel. L’experience était parfaite .Nous conseillons les yeux fermés l’adresse !
