Great location for a no nonsense, inexpensive stay to bar hop and see a show at the uptown theater. Easy to walk to coffee and pastries the next morning. Parking can be challenging on site but plenty of street parking nearby.

This is a small hotel but clean and nice. In Napa you only need a place to sleep and the beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean and the property it is older but in good condition.

The room and bed were clean. We could see that it’s an older property in the bathroom and ironing board in the wall. Some of our face towels smelled clean but had stains on them. They have parking on the property but there’s not enough spots for rooms. Overall we were happy with it. The location is great!

The room photos used on websites are inaccurate. The room smelled bad when we first arrived, but cleared out after keeping air conditioning running. Many of the outlets didn’t work, but it didn’t bother us because we were out and about most of the time. The BEST aspect of the hotel is the parking and the location! I would come back because of the location.

We had a 1 night stay at the hotel- location was perfect for downtown Napa. We were around the corner from our music venue, was able to walk to dinner. Just a few comments about our room: craced tile in the bathroom should be repaired or replaced. The water temperature was not cooperating and unable to get a cool temperature in the shower. The toilet ran for a long time before the tank filled and it would stop. I would also recommend getting rid of the dark carpeting and putting in laminate floor. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy.

Stayed here for my wife’s birthday and the hotel is in an excellent location. Room was nice and spacious. Only downside is we did not know the pool was out of service. Otherwise a very nice weekend.

Free parking. Clean room, minus carpets. Sink was clogged the whole time. But not bad for a motel at all. Certainly beat the cost of all hotels in area. Great location.
