The hotel was well maintained with colourful decor. There was a good choice at breakfast and the available water was well thought of. The hotel's greatest advantage though was proximity to the train station. I'd have no hesitation in staying again.

This was by far my favourite hotel during my recent holiday in France. The gentleman on reception was particularly charming and friendly. The hotel decor was quirky and cheerful. Our bedroom was spotless and welcoming. I will definitely return to Nantes. This was my first time here and I truly loved the experience!

First off- the Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and very nice. Breakfast is worth the money. Ron was gorgeous, super clean. Overall this hotel is beautiful and relaxing and exciting. We WILL stay here again. Even the view from our room was charming.

Great location for the station and airport connection, a stones throw to the botanic gardens and a five minute walk to the historic centre of the city. The staff were exceptionally helpful, rooms were immaculate and comfy and overall the hotel is stylish and quirky. For the price this is exceptional value. There was an issue with the lift during our stay; I can imagine the stairs to the upper floors could have been challenging some some, but these things happen. Perfect for a short wknd break would definitely stay again

-friendly staff -easy check in -free wifi always worked -clean and well presented rooms -good location -mini grocery shop located right next door was handy -gorgeous great views (we had floor 6) -there is a lift- it’s not stated on the website but there is one -cleaners did a great job refreshing the room each day -shower worked fine and has 2 heads -comfy beds -air-con worked fine -tv has YouTube and Netflix Absolutely loved our time here, potentially one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in Only downside I can think of is no fridge in the rooms, would have been handy to keep cold drinks in whilst the weather was hot during our stay but that is just a preference for us Nothing to complain about i definitely recommend to anyone 😊

It was a very short stay because my flight was changed. Location made it very easy to find, and the area around was easy to navigate to find a restaurant. As a solo traveler I felt very safe. The hotel is lovely, and I wish I'd had more time to enjoy it. I would definitely recommend it! Nice & helpful staff.

The hotel was a good three star in a perfect location next to trains, trams, buses and the wonderful Jardin des Plantes. Staff had an excellent command of English. Rooms were very clean and modern. The only criticism was that we would have preferred to have the choice of a hot breakfast on the menu. €16 for cold buffet seemed excessive. We would recommend this hotel.

Great location. Mini Supermarket next door and train station almost across the road. Love the decor. The staff are amazing. Every single one of them. We had a room booked, prepaid in full a few months ahead of our trip. Unfortunately when we arrived we received a room on the 1st floor that had a very strong smell of urine and sewer. We requested a different room as it was uninhabitable. Given that the hotel was apperantly full they could not accommodate a change, that was understandable. We went around the neighborhood to another hotel nearby and found a lovely room at another hotel that was nice and clean and habitable. The issue came because we were not given a full refund even if we did not use the room at all as it was simply uninhabitable due to the odor, they offered to refund half of our two night stay. So, my suggestion is stay away as their customer service is sub par and their rooms smell like a public bathroom. By the way, the room also faced an alley that we later saw random people urinating near the door that lead into the room itself, so perhaps that's why it smelled the way it did. Said room also had no window, just said urin filled door, that only opened partially at the top a few inches so airing out the room was not possible either.

I remain convinced that Hotel ChaChaCha is the best, cleanest, nicest boutique hotel in Nantes. The amenities are all brand new, the breakfast is high quality, and the staff go out of their way to make your stay a special one. They give excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit and are genuinely interested in assisting you if you ask. This hotel is underrated and one of the best deals around. I can't wait to return!
