Nicest hotel in Port Alberni, well located for access to Town Centre, waterfront, and highway west to Ucluelet/ Tofino. Easy check in (and out). Some second-floor rooms (south side) noisy from large cooling fan outside windows. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was excellent!

Property itself was beautiful. Better access to the outdoor pool would be a great improvement. Pool was lovely once you got to it off the 2nd floor elevator. It would be nice to be able to eat your breakfast at the outdoor bar area as well if possible. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
