Pool area was great. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Cabins were also great. The property also has excellent lake access. If you are planning on bringing any food to microwave or easy food like bread, cereal then you will need to bring your own plates and cutlery. Cups are provided.

Good resort for a coupe nights in a stunning location. The staff - Jade made all the difference. I had the chalet which was a rustic cabin- not glamorous and has bare necessities but it was exactly what I wanted. The view and the quick( downhill stairs) to the lake was amazing.

Halcyon Hot Springs was pure magic. The lake which was just a few steps from my chalet was so fresh, calm and beautiful to swim in. The hot springs were so relaxing. Cold plunge pool was excellent to cool off. The views from the resort and chalet were stunning. The chalet was updated, modern and well stocked. Very comfortable beds. Unfortunately I had to cut my trip a night short due to an emergency with my dog at home so only had one night there. I definitely will rebook and come back for a full stay as soon as possible !!

Our stay was pretty good, but as this was the most expensive property on our trip I was expecting better. The studio unit was very big and the bed was comfortable but the furnishings were showing their age and room was kind of plain. It was very big but really too big for 2 people would be more suitable for 4. The pools were OK but quite busy and a bit on the small side. The location on the lake is very beautiful though, nice job on all the flower gardens around the property.

This property has gone down hill! It used to have lots of staff assisting guests but they only had a front desk check in clerk. The pools were dirty ( scum lines around the surface perimeter, dirty tiles in the pools) the restaurant was extremely overpriced and the quality was “meh” $31 for a burger) lots of weeds in the flower beds, very sad. This property has an amazing history to it but unless you do your research online you wouldn’t know it.
