Unfortunately, the place appears to have a serious cockroach infestation and needs a very thorough cleaning and pest treatment. The only consolation was the excellent communication and customer service. The staff were responsive, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with, which we really appreciated. “This property should not be listed in Expedia nor other booking platforms. We made a booking on behalf of my brother thinking that it's at Pico and the property would be nice. They were upgraded to a two bedroom, but was of a downgrade. Cleanliness and providing basic essentials are part of being a host. NOT this one. Anyhow, they've checked out the next day. ”
