Everything was okay, water was shut off without any warning when needed the most called reception 4 times not once did she replied with follow up ended up calling back for updates.Mattress and pillows may need attention. Price and location is great for the hotel. Beautiful garden and big trees with birds and flowers. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Good value base hotel, close to transport, shops, restaurants and nightclubs. 3 pools to choose from. Bar currently being renovated. Didn’t eat at restaurant so can’t comment. Cleaning the rooms and shortage of towels and foot towels are a problem (as in many hotels in Fiji). Most staff very friendly.

Room was adequate. It can surely use a coat of bright semi-gloss paint, better lighting and update furniture. Has a balcony without furniture to sit is not very inviting. It is a diamond in the rough. Location is the best thing. Close to restaurants, grocery, cafe and buses.

Enjoyed our stay here close to everything and ice bar is just a few steps from our hotel, whine down after a long flight. Bbq is just across the street. Price of room is value for money and we will definitely come back here.

The rooms in the old part of hotel, front upstairs are very poorly kept, cockroaches in the bathroom, bed mattresses need replacing, very old worn out linen, upgraded to another room on the new refurbished wing upstairs, other side, much better and spacious but again.. towels very old and thin, bath mat was stained.. great service though and friendly efficient staff..

Coming to the hotel we had high hopes. We were promised a nice looking, clean hotel, with three different pools with pool chairs. Already at check in, the personal was rude and unclear. We did not feel as welcomed as we wished. We were helped by the security guard, who was very nice and friendly, to our room. Upon arrival we asked the staff if there was a place to eat som dinner since we were very tired. They guided us to the mall next door. Which, was closed. We ended up eating hungry jacks, just to later be told that the restaurant IN THE HOTEL was open the whole time. Maybe too lazy to make dinner for us? We don’t know. We tasted the food another day and a child could have made it better. Opening the door to our room we quickly noticed that It did not look like the pictures. The shower was weird and sprayed water everywhere, the bedding had stains and it took 2 hours (10pm) to get towels. We had to go down and ask 4 different times until they gave us towels. The fridge was so cold that our things, froze over night and they only cleaned our room one time under 5 days. In conclusion, we’re very disappointed in our stay, even though it worked out, it was not what we expected. We also felt like it was far away from everything.
