Everything from booking, checking in to checking out was great. All of the staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices. My dog loved her stay as well! I would stay here again and I do recommend Best Western near olde mystic village to anyone.

We brought our two dogs and appreciated how convenient our room was located (first floor by the back door) for taking the dogs out, and there was plenty of green space, along with with a poop bag station. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

This a a great hotel at a reasonable price. Right down the street from the aquarium, and a short drive into downtown Mystic. The pool was nice, but the grounds around the pool were a bit overgrown. Rooms are clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

My fiancee and I have stayed at this location for many years under different hotel brands, and have found our stays with Best Western to be the best. We have enjoyed our stays in Mystic, and our stay at the hotel has been a major part of them. Accessibility off of the highway and proximity to Old Mystic Village and Downtown Mystic are great and are a major reason we have stayed here multiple times. Looking forward to our next stay at Best Western Mystic.

We had a wonderful stay and were so impressed by how well maintained the hotel was. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and the outdoor pool was clean and inviting. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions (i.e., aquarium), while still being just a short drive from downtown. A special thank you to Stephan at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay stress-free and extra special. His friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
