Cons: the room had beads on the floor, white stuff on the left of the headboard, stains on the lamp shade. Pros: The staff was lovely! The shuttle to mohegan's sun is a big plus! The pool was warm & wonderful for an early dip after check in. Overall, a good, basic place for a casino overnight.

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is a bit outdated/in need of some work. The staff were very friendly and nice. Staff were great with my children. I will say I was very disappointed that we didn’t get a cookie at check or free breakfast like noted on the hotels summary. My kids were looking forward to breakfast at the hotel and the restaurant was unexpectedly closed for two mornings and staff did not know why.

We stayed due to a concert at Mohegan. The rooms are a bit damp but clean and the hotel overall is nothing special. The ice machines on the floors were not working but the front desk had ice and provided as much as you needed. But the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is top notch. They definitely make this hotel what it is. Every single one of the staff members that I came in contact were friendly and helpful. Even the shuttle drivers (we had 2, one going and one coming back) were amazing. They were friendly and happy and had a van full of drunk woman and were still smiling. Bravo Bravo Bravo!!!! 👏🙌 I would absolutely stay again.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Tried to check me in either but the system couldn’t. Stinks you can’t check in earlier than 4. Wi-Fi wouldn’t couldn’t and when it almost did the page crashed. TVs are not modern only have live direct tv. Shower was great and had amazing pressure. Room overall really clean and would stay again just upgrade WiFi and tv.

The staff were kind, location and shuttle were excellent. The room was clean yet it had a deep foul odor. The coffee pot leaked, the tub was cracked and wouldn’t drain properly - it just really needs to be replaced.
