The ocean view is perfect!!! The staff are very pleasant. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were also nice. The breakfast was just ok. Some mornings you can tell that the biscuits were old (reheated) from the day before and the eggs were cold . It's advertised with a waffle maker but there isn't one. We actually ate breakfast elsewhere. The coffee was good. Everything else was great (except breakfast) was great

Friendly staff; pool area and outdoor seating was pleasant and as described; easy beach access. The hallways and elevator which are not included with photographs in the description are in great need of repair. The carpet in the rooms is dingy and really should be replaced with tile. The hotel is basic. For a quick visit on the beach with an ocean view, it fit the bill. It is by no means a high-end experience.

The grounds were clean but very minimal, one pool, one " hot tub", there was a lot of sitting or laying out sundeck type space. The elevators had zero ventilation and were super hot and sticky. The room was clean, the hallways and lobby areas also were very clean and staff was very kind. The beach was visible and very nice.

Room and building are a little rough for wear but clean. Outdoor area outstanding, I didn't use it but walked through on the way to the beach, but I was impressed with seating area and pool, clean and welcoming. Breakfast was fine. Front desk staff friendly. Free parking, no surprise fees. I would definitely stay again for a competitive price.
