When you arrive you have to pay a cleaning fee for 50 dollars I mean in total for one night you are paying 200 dollars!, I mean in another place you pay without problem these 200 and I assure you that you will be much better, the photos are a hoax nothing to see when you arrive, the place smells musty and IF THERE ARE COCKROACHES!! The kitchen looks like a toy and the remote control didn't work the batteries

This hotel was disgusting, overpriced for the weekend of the 4th of July. False advertising on their listing photos. They make it look like it's the big blue hotel ocean front. It is the tiny hotel in the photo behind the two large building. It's no really ocean front. Had to demand a refund for the deplorable conditions of this hotel. I wouldn't even let my dog stay here. BEWARE!!!!!!!

This was a pigsty. False advertisement online. Fake pictures are posted. I can not believe Expedia allows them to book through them. Full of cockroaches, filthy. As soon as we got there we realized it was a scam. And thats not all, Despite all my efforts and telling Expedia I took pictures of the roaches and the filthy room including the stove that looked like a piece of trash, that property denied to refund my money. I paid 1,285 dollars for 2 nights! It was the weekend of Labor Day and because it’s misleading publicity I paid thinking it was a luxury hotel. It has been the biggest scam of my entire life! This has never happened to me before. The way the robbed me should be paid with jail. You robbed me today but I believe in paying everything here on earth. I believe in karma. I leave this in Gods hands. He will do justice. DO NOT book this is a scam!!! Please spread the word! Don’t let them robbed you like they did with me

Wow!

This place definitely exceeded expectations with the price. Rooms seem to be recently renovated. I’d absolutely Recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.

Room was decently clean , but probably because I complained before hand I booked the hotel before reading reviews like an idiot and when I saw they were so terrible and tried to cxl my booking bc of that they got all pissed off and was rude in their response. The amenities are trash the fridge barely stayed cold and the one AC unit they put in the room BEHIND the bed lol didn't cool the room off hardly at all. They do in fact have a roach problem. No ice machine you have to buy a bag from them which is 5 bucks. There were people in the parking lot living out of there cars with kids. Pretty depressing. I can't believe they actually asked me to leave a review ....like it was gonna be a good one. Don't stay here if you want a decent vacation. Sorry. The hype is true.

This hotel was terrible, it was dirty. The toilet seat was broken and the staff knew about it but they didnt fix it or do anything about it... i will not recomement stay in this hotel.

There was a cat living in the bottom of the bed. Was not asked if I wanted to change rooms or anything.

Won’t stay there anymore

It was very noisy and the bed was uncomfortable didn’t have a coffee pot in it. I had to keep asking for towels and wash clause.

This is a scam because I paid more than $400 dollars and when I went to get my room they had everything closed, meaning I lost almost $500. This is a robbery that this property did to me.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My partner and I are college professors who needed a cheap place to stay in Myrtle Beach for one night. The Anchor Motel was cheap - until they did not refund our $100 deposit. When I called to complain they said that we had left bloodstains in the bedsheets that they couldn't get out which is simply not true. My partner also saw a bed bug on the floor and we both had bites after our stay here and had to bug bomb our bedroom at home. A cheap place to stay but not worth it!
