We were late checking in and the night clerk was most helpful. I needed 2upgrades in our room. Handicapped bathroom and to be on first floor. All of this was taken care of immediately! I was told that next time when making our reservations to ask for a particular room number and it would be held. The young lady that prepared breakfast was very helpful in serving hot breakfast items sausages, eggs and Hot coffee with all the trimmings!! We were very pleased with our stay at The Quality Inn in N Myrtle Beach, SC on Our 65th Wedding Anniversary . THANKS QUALITY INN❤️❤️

The hotel was generally clean, and the suite was large and comfortable. However, the dark paint colors on the walls made the room feel a bit gloomy, and there was a slight humidity smell. The staff was friendly, and the location was great. The only negative point was that the sheets for the sofa bed had a strong unpleasant odor, as if they had not been changed for some time. To be fair, I did not ask the staff to replace them, so the issue may have been easily resolved. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

My husband and I have stayed at the NMB Quality Inn several times. In the past, it was very clean and felt like a nice place to lay our heads. This time, the room was not as clean as it normally is. It was dusty, and there was hair everywhere on the floors, especially in the bathroom. I am very OCD about cleanliness and I just didn't feel comfortable this time. I hope that the cleaning department will step up their game and get back to the way it used to be. We used to like staying there, especially for a quick trip. The prices are good and we just missed what it used to be like.
