The condo was across the street from the beach, which was very convenient and close. Check-in was extremely smooth. The unit was beautiful and decorated nicely. Around events baseboards had quite a bit of dust buildup.

The room was spacious and very clean. The street noise was a bit loud but honestly in that location its probably unavoidable. For the price in off season I couldn't complain about our stay. We also found some of the staff to be incredibly nice and helpful!

Check-in was easy to navigate. The added amenities (Waterpark and pools) were great as well. The condo does look like the pictures and is updated nicely, however cleanness is another topic. I found hair strands on my bed sheets and the beds lay on metal frames. At night, it does get noisy and kinda of an unsafe area to walk around in (liquor store is on the first floor). Ocean view is blocked by a Days Inn from across the street.

My family is very easy-going. We normally don’t complain about much. However, the check-in process was rather long and the room towels and sheets were not clean. A thorough cleaning is important for travelers. Our room was a rushed cleaning job.

The room was very nice, very clean. The pools were horrible, very dirty, there weren't enough places to get rid of the sand. People get into the pools with sand and leave them dirty. The property says it's facing the sea, but it's not facing the ocean. The staff at the check-in was very rude. With a bad face😂. And the surroundings look abandoned, all old. I never give a review, but I hope this will help you in the future if you want to stay here.

The neighborhood is awful, no fault of the condos. Comfortable room and clean. Access to waterparks and pools but beware you cannot access bathrooms unless you find someone with a room key. A housekeeper found my granddaughters IPAD and they called us immediately to let us know. Didn't even realize we had left it. Love to know honest people still exist. The young lady at check in had a fantastic personality and was very helpful.

No housekeeping, water park not on property, had to carry own linen bags everyday of the week from across the street to our room. Was not ocean front, air rarely worked and it was HOT in the room. Did not see a housekeeper the whole entire time and did not have a phone to call for any type of assistance. Front desk that was located at the leg and were rude and not helpful at all. Seemed like they did not want to be bothered.

We liked the condo but the floors were filthy so we asked them to mop them and they were still filthy. I don't think they ever mopped them. The lady at check-in didn't give us any directions to the condo or Tell us anything about the amenities.

No blankets on beds no extra blankets- it was not a comfortable bed- front room bed slightly leans to the left side. Not enough chairs on balcony- only 2. Cleanliness was ok-some hair on master bathroom toilet To get to pool you had to walk to another building then some ways down- next nearest pool is 1.5 miles.

The condo was adorable and clean for the most part. The floors need to be cleaned better, they looked clean but weren’t. The pull out couch wasn’t cleaned at all. When we opened it there was little balls of candy that fell on the floor, and it looked like the sheets had not been changed.
