The floor was not cleaned at all. There were bunch of hairs, dust, sand everywhere. On the posted pictures you will not see the broken outlets, the useless kitchen, very narrow shower and the dirty bedding. The area and the view are perfect.

The staff was nice and friendly. Our room was clean and loved the balcony view of the ocean. The only thing I was disappointed the hotel didn’t offer coffee so you had to either walk or drive to get some. If you are a coffee drinker you can understand. Overall a great stay.

Checkin was easy. They will give you sunglasses if you leave a 6 star review. The room was good, however we did have to request fresh linens due to them not being clean. The room we received has a great view and was right over the pool, looking straight out to the beach. The bar staff was great and had great customer service. The location was also perfect.

I had the club room and the view was nice. However, the TV didn’t have Netflix or YouTube. All the buttons on the remote didn’t work so be prepared for only regular channels. The pool was nice and so was the bartender. The chicken wings were amazing, so amazing I tipped. The elevator and halls could use a touch up on the paint.

wi-Fi worked terrible. Exercise room is a joke with broken equipment. The Inn hotel restaurant is awful. The air conditioners are extremely noisy. The view was nice and there weren’t any bugs is the nicest thing I can say about the place.

We enjoyed our stay at Grande Beach Resort overall! The location was great, we loved being so close to the beach, & the room had plenty of space for our family. We spent a lot of time enjoying both the beach & pool!! My only real complaint was an elevator situation. One of the elevators was broken during our stay, leaving only one working elevator, which made the wait pretty long during busier times. —took forever to get all of our luggage & belongings upstairs, & checkout was pretty rough for the same reason. Throughout the stay, there were times when we had to wait quite a while for the elevator. Other than that, we had a great experience & really enjoyed the resort. I would definitely consider staying here again! ☀️🏖️

Very enjoyable stay even though it was short had an excellent view from a high up position where my room and balcony were was able to see all the ocean all the beach and the activities down on on the ground level it was very accessible and easy to move in and out of the building it's cleanliness was good and the hotel staff was friendly all in all a good visit.
