The hotel looks like has been remodeled recently and is on a great location, however, you can smell weed all over the places from the pool, lobby to the elevators. Luckily, there are signs everywhere of no smoking, but people still don’t care and management doesn’t do anything about it.

Very nice, clean room, looking like it's been remodeled, staff was very helpful, beach view was great, large pool. Lighting could be better in bathroom, shower water could be warmer. Also it is a no smoke resort, and one person was smoking by the bar and pool area. Overall it was a great place to stay.

It was suprisingly very clean. There was an extra fee so be prepared. Either 250 that you will get back in about 7 days or non refundable 36. Access to the beach was great. Nice size pool. They have an elevator that needs work on. It was broken, they "fixed it" then it was broken again. But everything else was so great it didnt bother us too much.

The pictures are VERY misleading. The hotel is rather old and very much a 1 star property. There are never any pool towels available. There are only 2 slow elevators for the whole building. Sometimes we waited 10 minutes for it on the 8th floor, and then stopped at every floor on the way down. Terrible. Parking is also bad. Especially after 5pm. Bathrooms aren't clean and the shower dirty. The location is good though. Credit where credit due.

The resort had great potential however it was lacking in many areas. Their were only two elevators and one stayed messed up causing many delays. We were excited that there was a small restaurant there on site however when we ate there we were the only people there and the service was extremely slow. The waitress even said that the chef had left to go get some shrimp for one of our meals and that was part of the delay. The resort overall was very dirty, our room felt like it had not had a good cleaning in some time. The location was good and there was a bar area right by the pool so that was nice we just wish that the resort had been cleaner. It really does have good potential but it just was not at it's best when we visited.

The view was beautiful. I didn't realize the kitchen did not come equipped. I didn't notice in the description that there wasn't a stove or hotplate. We had bought stuff to make pasta after a long travel day. There is a microwave, but no bowls, no utensils, no plates. I just didn't know, so make sure you get these things if you plan to eat in the room.

Location was great! Beach view was fantastic! Room was up to date but not the cleanest. Beds were comfortable. HOWEVER OUR 1ST NIGHT I WAS WOKEN UP WITH SOMETHING FEASTING ON MY Skin. Low and behold it was a bed bug. I caught one and showed the manager he said it was not a bed bug that it was something else. He came shinned a flashlight in the room in the daytime and didnt see anything. The next night, I was bitten over a 100 times. My daughter was bitten several times. We had to go to urgent care and be put on steroids and ear drops because they feasted on my ear so bad my ear hole was swollen shut. They bit our ankles, feet, arms faces, and necks.

It was clean, nice and had nice amenities, but I anticipated a more enclosed environment of the interior. Gave a motel like vibe which I didn't expect. There isn't a daily cleaning unless you're there 3 or more days which isn't welcoming especially when you have wee ones in your group and isn't divulged until you realize it hasn't been cleaned. Overall it was ok. Those drawbacks were major for me, but if you can live with them, it's not a bad stay.

THEY BRIBE YOU TO GIVE THEM A FIVE STAR REVIEW! that’s the only reason this place is highly rated! It was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The descriptions they give about the rooms and hotels are all lies. They said they had a smart tv, but they only have basic channels. The air conditioner was very noisy, and was barely working. Very dirty! Elevator was not working Pictures not like hotel Claims they have room service; they do not They gave a SHEET as a blanket! They were all over the place and wouldn’t let anyone into their rooms after 430. Very rude lady at front desk. Phone was stolen out of car; claim they don’t have security cameras working! food came out super late and they got my order wrong multiple times. Kitchen was spotless I’ll give you that. I will never be returning here. This place should be shut down.
