The rooms were very nice and the location was excellent right on the beach the lazy river pool was nice everything they advertised was right on point even down to the pet fees the only thing that was a problem was parking they have 3 lots for you to park but if you get in late you will be in the 3rd parking lot and that a little bit of a walk

The room was never touched in 6 days and I requested vacuuming floors and just empty the main trash can. The room is efficient with a nice refrigerator and bed was comfortable. Had to go to office for clean towels but they were readily available. Fantastic River tube ride and pool. Close to beach and Boardwalk promenade. Enjoyed my time in Myrtle Beach for a reasonable price.

Love that its dog friendly and on the boardwalk. All-around great deal for the location. Pro's: AC unit worked well, great view, great price, great location. Potential improvement options: carpet was really dirty and room smelled strong of smoke (but was listed as non smoking). Ultimately, i am not disappointed and would stay again!

The hotel isn't very well maintained. The lights in my bathroom only came on every few clicks, the curtains smelled terrible, the drains in the shower didn't drain properly, the hot tub had debris floating around in it. There isn't a lot of parking nearby and any parking you could find for the property was across the street. The lazy river and kids splash area was maintained well enough. The distance to the ocean was nice being on the beach side. I would say if your intent is to sleep here and spend the rest of the time out of the hotel, this is a great hotel.
