The property was as described. The elevators ran fast and the only day we had an issue and had to wait was Fourth of July, which was to be expected otherwise there was really no waiting for elevators. The room was clean.

overall this place was quite nice, i’d definitely book again but through the actual website. it sucked that the indoor pool was closed for my time being there but they had 2 other pools outside and a hot tub!!! the resort leads right to the beach which was also really nice. the condo i stayed in wasn’t the greatest but it wasn’t the worst! the toilet water was constantly running, the window to the bedroom was really hard to open and close, it wasn’t the cleanest, there was trash here and there but nothing hard to clean up! i think my biggest complaint is the parking deck for this resort, it’s so small, you’d have to wait for cars to pass, you didn’t really have much room and they had a bunch of spots on the second level closed, i assume they have their reasoning so that’s okay!! i’d probably give this place a 8/10

Our stay was from Sunday-Thursday and we booked through Elliott beach rentals and they did not have the same room for us to stay in Thursday night and we wanted to extend it and Bianca made it happen for us the moving of rooms with now wait and all was great!!!

Nice accommodations at a great price. Clean and sanitary. Pleasantly surprised there was a full kitchen in the place (not as listed). Just a few small things make this a 4 rather than a 5 - - broken towel bar; lousy racquetball gear; lack of explaining that it's a condo unit within a hotel (strange); neighbors smoking weed on the balcony.

The room was not cleaned at all. the lamp in the bedroom wasn’t plugged in so i moved the nightstand just to find nasty dirty underwear behind it. hair balls everywhere. mouse poop and crumbs all over the kitchen counter and floor. what looked like chocolate putting splatted all over one of the living room table. the main bedroom bed sheets had a red stain and you couldn’t tell if it was ketchup or period blood. the washer and dryer was disgusting. there was dishes from the last guest still in the dishwasher, pan still in the oven with the foil and crumbs on it that the last guest used. PLUS the shower had pubic hairs everywhere, hair in almost every drawer in the place. i spent the first 2 hours bleach the place it was so nasty. the listing said daily house keeping, you do not get any linens or cleaning done for you during your stay. i messaged the host thru here where i booked and they have nothing to do with complaints or questions. the lady at check in said only the phone number from the check in handles complains and questions. overall 3/10. you do not see staff near your room. the beach view is nice. the pool is okay, kinda worn out. here’s just some pictures that i did remember to take pics of. the hotel is kinda nice in general but do not book room 1012!

The property is nasty and needs a serious cleaning and paint. There was a load of sand in the floors, no lock on the balcony doors and we were on the 19th floor. The furniture is dirty and the place smelled like an ashtray. Never going back there.

Had a great stay. Property was great. Close to local attractions, while still having a relaxing atmosphere. Plug ins were a little bit of an issue, and could use a little updating. Overall great place and would recommend and come back!

The property was decently cleaned. The outdoor pools were great and so were the activities outside in the pool area. The sliding glass door for my balcony couldnt lock. I contacted the rental company and they neverr sent anyone.

The property itself was fine. As far as the management company, the previous guests trash was left in the halls it was a huge pile and it stayed there half of our stay after reaching out and letting them know. We did not have a shower curtain in the main bedroom and the pillows were left on the floor in the closet . Why would one , want to put their head on something stored in the closet? Also, another huge thing around 8am (check out is 10)… someone came inside of our room using the code and then closed the door and began knocking. We were sleeping so this woke us up obviously. I open the door scared and it’s someone there to deliver beach items and furniture for the next booking ?! Very unsafe I let them in but I shouldn’t have because why interrupt our stay and provide someone a code to our condo while we are sleeping. Getting in touch with Elliot rentals seemed easy but honestly it was a run around , text this number , but call this number , search this on the portal a mess.
