Very reasonable priced request adjoining rooms and got them no problem, literally 5 mins to kings island also plenty restaurants in walking distance breakfast was early ends promptly at 9:30 but otherwise fine waffles maker usually with plain and a flavor batter. Eggs, sausage, muffins, etc. Didn't use it but pool seem nice. Staff was also very nice and polite.

Good value for the price if you’re staying for one or two nights. However, I found a cockroach in my room, and another guest was harassing me, which made me feel uncomfortable. The breakfast is very basic. On the positive side, the manager and front desk staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful.

The employees were all wonderful. Checking in the woman was kind and went over and above to help. As I am having surgery next week, I had to begin the protocol while on vacation. I requested a bed change for my bed only and fresh towels, both were completed. The whole place needs an upgrade. The shower is almost rusted out at the drain. There is rust EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. The room could use a couple more plugs.

friendly staff and clean, updated place. pool and hot tub. breakfast. reasonably priced. just know if you book the double suite, one side is not air conditioned. Unfortunately, it was over 90 degrees when we arrived and it was stifling hot. the staff provided a box fan after we mentioned the heat making it unable to sleep.

This is not as advertised on Expedia. Not a safe location, stains in the couches, awful smell in the rooms and hallways. We got to the room and turned back around and turned in our keys, requested a refund and no help from Expedia customer service.

This room was nothing like the pictures on the website. NO COFFEE in rooms or in the breakfast area. Beds were comfortable but the sheets were all stained and the bed frames had sticky stuff all over them. Microwave was nasty and smelled horrible. Something liquid was dripping and then dried down the wall, mustard dried by the light switch, carpet dirty, had to call for assistance to work both TVs, mirrors had something smeared all over it. Hot tub and pool are so small and the jets didn't work in the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, (NO COFFEE-Machine was out) we had waffles. I guess it wasn't bad for only staying the night and off to Michigan Adventure in the morning. If your ok with not staying in a clean room, this is your place.

The room was acceptable. We stayed 3 nights and were told there was daily housekeeping but that never happened. We had to go the front desk to get trash bags, towels, an extra bar of soap, shampoo and toilet paper. The free breakfast was adequate but no fruit, eggs, meat, etc. Just yogurt, waffle and cereal. Stairwells were filthy. The pool and hot tub (jacuzzi not working) looked dirty. There were cigarettes and cigars falling out of an old mailbox. There were people out in the parking lot all hours of the night (appeared to be prostitutes and pimps). Walking through the halls, of the 2nd floor to get to the front desk, we counted 33 doors that were propped open but appeared unoccupied. I am shocked that Days Inn/Wyndham allow their name to be used.

No housekeeping, nobody came to pick up used towels, leave fresh towel or empty garbage cans, this was especially an issue as there was an adult with severe incontinence issues for 2-night stay. Bathrooms were grubby. Dim lighting, no overhead lights. Weird smell. I assume the carpet hasn't been updated in forever, it is dark in color, bring slippers, I would not walk barefoot on carpet. TV lost signal several times. Breakfast was not bad, but hours are strictly 8-10am. They absolutely refuse to let you leave with food (there are signs to this effect on literally every single piece of equipment) and they kick you out at 10am sharp. Lakeside Cafe on Laketon Ave in Muskegon is much better breakfast option. Highly recommend it. Door to the room has to be shut firmly otherwise it doesn't shut properly. The beds are rather high off the floor so a person with limited mobility will need a step stool to get onto the bed. The saving grace was we somehow had booked a 2 Queen size bedroom suite so there was room to move and not be on top of each other. The tv in the bedroom portion of the suite did not work. Thin blankets on the beds, thankfully we brought some of our own. I can't speak to the pool/hot tub area as after viewing it from the lobby we refused to use.

First impressions mean a lot. It starts in the parking lot. The parking lot for this property obviously has not been resurfaced in a long time. The outside visual appearance of the property shows its age. This hotel needs some some work on the exterior and it just starts there. When you walk into the lobby it smells musty, the lobby is not clean and looks outdated. Another big first (or rather second) impression issue. The carpets are obviously in need of cleaning. The room smelled musty when we walked in. If we hadn't already paid for this place we would have walked out right there. There was not a hair dryer in the bathroom and only one TINY bar of soap and a small tube of shampoo. Most budget hotels I've stayed at do FAR better. This place wasn't worth the $200 we paid for it. Not even close. The only positives to our stay were 1) the man behind the front desk was very professional and kind. 2) the bed was very comfortable. Other than that, I would never recommend this place. Who ever owns it needs to do some serious cleaning and renovation.

My stay was okay overall, which is why I’m giving it a 3-star rating. I booked a king suite with a private jet tub, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, but unfortunately the cleanliness was disappointing. Before even using the tub for the first time, I felt uncomfortable enough that I had to go to the front desk and ask for cleaner so I could clean it myself. I was hoping for something specifically meant to sanitize and kill germs, like Lysol, especially considering the tub is used by many guests. Instead, I was given Fabuloso. While I understand it’s a common cleaning product, I personally expected stronger sanitizing products for something like a jet tub. The hallway floors also looked very dirty and could definitely use more attention from housekeeping. However, I will say the bed was comfortable, I slept well, and the customer service was good. The staff I interacted with were polite and helpful, which I appreciated. With better cleanliness and attention to sanitizing, this could have been a much better experience.
