Vacations Close To Museum of Natural and Cultural History

This is a very cute room in walkable distance of a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops. The room was nicely designed, very clean and easy to access with digital locks. I didn’t hear any of the other people in the building which is a renovated apartment complex where you stay on the second floor. it’s a very charming building. Great homey feel. The downside is that it’s next to a train station which has very loud trains that go by at multiple times during the night past midnight. So I don’t recommend this place for light sleepers. We stayed in a room with a pullout bed, which I don’t recommend for anyone who has back problems. Probably fine for kids. The primary bed was very comfortable. The AC works very well and I was easily able to sign into streaming services on the TV. We were short on Sheets and the host got us more the next day. So they were very responsive. It’s a very cute area and watching the sunset from the large antique windows was nice.

Great location, we enjoyed the gym, bar, shuffle board and a good hot breakfst. Only complaint is the fruit was beyond it's life so it wasnt able to be a complete breakfast. Location to the university can't be beat.

Had to check in fairly late because we had just flew in around midnight. Conveniently located relatively close to airport. Check in process was fast and we were in our room in no time. Beds were comfortable enough. Room seemed quite clean. I didn't see an open outlet on my side of bed to charge my phone so I unplugged the lamp and used that one. Took a shower in the morning; was shocked by the high water pressure but honestly it felt quite nice. Nothing fancy but rate was very reasonable. Would stay here again.

The staff/owner are incredibly helpful and polite. For a downtown location very convenient. Will stay here again

Leaving 5 stars because this property was perfect for us during our short stay in Eugene. We were comfortable, and everything we needed was easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again. I wanted to share a few pros and cons to help others decide if it's the right fit for them. Pros: -Great location. -Walking distance to numerous restaurants and the 5th Street Market. -Close to Autzen Stadium, where we attended a concert. -Clean and tidy overall (with one exception noted below). Comfortable bed and pillows. -Easy, straightforward check-in process. -The host was responsive and easy to reach by text message. Cons: -The walls are quite thin. We could hear our neighbours talking and playing music. It wasn't a major issue for us, and the room even provides earplugs just in case. -The property is right next to the freeway, so there was some traffic noise at times. -While the floors looked clean when we arrived, my white socks were black after about 30 minutes of walking around the room. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again.
