Staff are very nice

Stayed here a few times. Reception are always very helpful. Waiters r v quick and efficient. The cooks are friendly. Go there for cycling so haven't used gym, pool etc. did use the spa, that was nice.

Poor reception service.

This hotel was good value for money. The bed was soo comfy. My only complaint was insufficient staffing levels. Only ever one person on reception! So checkin was extremely slow and you always had to queue for a long time even to ask simple question. Jacuzzi wasn’t heated either.

Being there on a cycling trip, the best things for me were the great breakfast and dinner buffets! Great to fuel up before and after a ride. Enjoyed having a drink pool side and taking in the sun. Staff very welcoming and attentive there.

Hotel ist in Ordnung, aber Halbpension würde ich nicht empfehlen. Frühstück ist super, aber Abendessen sehr wenig Auswahl, und jeden Abend fast dasselbe. Nach meinem Geschmack ist Abendessen für einen 4 Sterne Hotel sehr Arm, dazu noch Getränke nicht inklusive. Was uns noch nicht gefallen hat ist Geruch, es hat von Aussen und von innen (Bad-Wc) auf Kanal gestunken. Sonst hat Hotel sehr gute Lage, in 2 Minuten ist Strand. Personal super freundlich!

Super nett, höfflich und zuvorkommend. Ich war ziemlich überrascht. Das Essen war der absolute Wahnsinn. Man bekommt Halbpension für wenig Geld. Man zahlt nur die Getränke. Ein schöner Balkon. Einfaches Zimmer, aber alles sauber und gemütlich. Klimaanlage inklusive. Und vor Allem haben sie einem die Wünsche von den Lippen abgelesen. Zum Strand geht’s einfach nur über die Straße rüber und in 5 Minuten legt man das Handtuch auf den Sand. Das Hotel macht selbst bei Stress ein professionellen Eindruck. Für ein Lächeln ist immer kurz Zeit. Das Fitnessstudio ist toll. Einzig und allein die Tickermücken sind eben gerade an nicht windigen Orten draußen unterwegs. Da kann man bei Pfützen recht wenig machen. Mein Tipp in jedem Fall bei 66-85% Luftfeuchtigkeit Autan oder Deet nicht vergessen. Im Zimmer gab es aber keine Probleme mit Mücken. Also, von Hotelseite her alles super! Immer wieder gerne! Danke für Alles!
