Very nice proximity to the city and the lake. We were there in November sure it would be even better in the summer. A very nice town. The disappointments in the property. 1) They gave us a room with a refrigerator that was empty and didn’t work. When told they didn’t offer send someone to look at it or switch rooms. We had things that needed refrigeration. 2) The workout area was closed for they said for a least a week. 3) Their restaurant was closed for a private party. 4) The charger didn’t work for us. The chargers use apps and there isn’t any WiFi or cell service in the garage where the chargers are located.

Very comfortable rooms. We loved peaceful location - near the Aasee lake, with greenery around. A pleasant 20-minute walk into the town centre. The staff were very friendly & helpful, especially Agnes on the front desk, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast selection, including eggs cooked to order, & lovely range of breads. The bar was OK but rather lacking in atmosphere, especially for a late-evening drink.

This place was wonderful for our 2 night stay. We were very pleased with the location to the botanical gardens, restaurant, lake and university of Münster. Nice room and mini bar options! Clean and friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Good hotel next to a beautiful lake to walk around. Onl pne point is that the restaurant was closed and the pop up restaulrant was in a marquee tent. Breakfast was lovely but it would have been good to know this was the case.

Nice hotel with a nice location

Nice hotel with a nice location at the Aasee, especial good for guests with dogs. Around 20 min. Walk to the city. City was very Call and Nice not so many tourist here in the middle of August. Not so Many car parking places could be more. Room Big and fine. Only complain was an expensive breakfast at 28€ that not match the assortment and quality of the food. The hotel restaurant was on the otherside very good and very good personal service.

PROS: Nice room, with a fab bed and mattress. Lovely and clean, also had a fridge which we were grateful for as it was super warm out. Staff friendly and helpful. There was flavoured water in the reception for guests to drink. Good value for money hotel. Enjoyed our stay there. Would possibly stay again. CONS: Found the glass door to the bathroom a bit odd. Was under the impression that there would have been a Nespresso machine on the room but there wasn’t. Furniture in the lobby looked tired. The breakfast was very expensive so we went elsewhere each morning.
