What an absolute delight, start to finish! The check in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and chatty, genuinely interested in their guests. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are offered most of the day, self service, which is great. The bar was open until midnight and the rooftop terrace offered nice views and another place to sit and relax. The room itself was wonderful! So much attention to detail from the lights around the bed, swing, bluetooth speaker, and small kitchenette. It was wonderful. Check out was easy, just a key drop, but again, very friendly staff upon exit. The location is perfect...three minutes to walk to the train into the city. Honestly, it was the best.

The hotel was excellent, really friendly staff and the breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend if you don't mind staying bit out of centre. S bahn and other travel was easy so no problem getting around. Rooms were lovely. Really nice seating area, hanging chair and kitchenette facilities.

Picture online of the amenities were a bit deceiving. Perhaps I read into it incorrectly . I thought laundry was in suite. It was shared laundry you had to pay for in the basement. Laundry app gave me issues and dryer didn’t dry the clothes. Stayed here specifically for laundry. Staff is extremely friendly here. Property is nice and clean . Breakfasts were great . Coffee offered all day which was nice. We stayed during the weekend and found out we could have parked along the street for free . When I checked in I asked about parking and was told the only parking option was underground for 19 euro per night … if I had kept my car where it was it would have been free . I was annoyed by that. We had a car so getting to places was easy, unsure about location for someone who doesn’t have a car .

We loved the location of this property, very close to U bahn and S bahn and less than 15 minutes into Munich. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice and clean, spacious and well equipped, with everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going to Munich.

Lovely new hotel! I stayed here during Oktoberfest and the hosts were very nice and accommodating. Loved the spacious room layout and felt right at home here. It was helpful to have a small kitchen for making meals but I really loved the breakfast, too! I appreciated that you could also do your laundry here for a small fee, which helped me a lot. Would definitely stay here again. It's away from the city center and in a quiet safe area and easily reachable via public transit. Thank you so much for having me!
