Outstanding Check in and out Service and a beautiful hotel on a gorgeous street in the Old town of Munich. The hotel also has 2 wonderful Bavarian Restaurants - the food is delicious. Also they parked our rental car which can be challenging in the old town. We look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future. You won't be disappointed.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The bar became our favorite hang out for excellent coffee and fresh juices in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning was key during a heat wave. Central and walkable to main attractions, hope we stay again someday.

Every encounter with every employee, whether it be the doormen, front desk, bartenders, or breakfast staff was too notch. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We just completed a nine city stay in Europe, and the Platzl was our favorite hotel. Thank you to this magnificent place. We can't wait to come back!
