The location of the hotel is great, only 7 minutes walk from the train station. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room is spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was great for sleeping in the heat (even though it’s September, it’s still quite hot). We’ll stay in this hotel again if passing through Munich.

Was wonderful, hotel rooms are tiny, and most faced the street which have a metro running back-and-forth every 15 minutes very loud not the best neighborhood next to strip club in a casino. Don’t stay here if you want a nicer area, but the staff is really nice! Nice breakfast

Beautiful hotel centrally located and close to train station. The room was a decent size- the bathroom not so much but it worked. I like the option of forgoing room service and getting a free drink at the bar. The little Donor shop across the street has really good food. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is fantastic! I found the stuff to be very helpful and accommodating. My room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom and large shower. The ac worked great. It is very close to the main train station which makes it very easy to get around Munich and take day trips. The only downside is that the area around the hotel isn’t particularly scenic and a little tired, but never once felt unsafe. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning in our room worked well and black out curtains helped us sleep through our jet lag! Ability to store luggage in secure lockers upon arrival prior to check in time was very convenient. Our second floor room with courtyard view overlooked a car park but overall a pleasant stay! Very convenient central location to explore Munich and beyond!
