Very clean, staff was very helpful for check in and local tips, great location very easy to walk to all shops, restaurants, festival, bus and trains. As a mother daughter staying alone in another country we felt very safe there. Only thing missing was room service but we did fine without, there was a convenient bar/cafe in lobby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return again. The only downsides are that the hotel does not offer many amenlities, and the room rate during Oktoberfest was quite high, approaching the typical price range of a five-star hotel.

The hotel was very close to public transportation. There were many coffee shops and stores close by. It was within walking distance to many plazas and historical sights. The welcome drink was a treat. The flavoured water was welcoming. We received a €10 gift card for not having our rooms cleaned and enjoyed a few beverages at the very nice bar. The employees were very welcoming and kind. Thanks for a great stay.

The location of the hotel is great, only 7 minutes walk from the train station. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room is spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was great for sleeping in the heat (even though it’s September, it’s still quite hot). We’ll stay in this hotel again if passing through Munich.

The hotel location is great and you can walk to major attractions. But the tram runs through in the front of hotel throughout day and night. This noise wakes you up and is annoying. We are given a room on the courtyard side but is still too noisy. Not recommended for elderly people.
