I had a wonderful stay at the the hotel. Whatever negatives others may have had must be exclusive to them. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. Location was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Above average hotel. We were a party of 3 and they had the pullout sofabed open and ready to sleep in! Located in Karlplatz it is easy to get to airport by Sban. Short walk to Marienplatz and sights in old town city center.

Expedia should really be checking the quality of hotel they offer better , the staff where very nice but the hotel and rooms are very old and musty smelling, the air conditioning which we said was a must when checking hotels via Expedia was useless, this is my second booking of this holiday that has said it had air conditioning when it felt like a fan and we had to keep the curtains closed to stop the room becoming unbearably hot. The shower was crazy the pressure was immense and the shower screen had a centimetre gap at the bottom so you had to hold the shower head in your hand to avoid flooding the bathroom, you could see this had happened before at the doorway wood had rotted. Positive was good positioning for tourists spots but still was very expensive £220 for 2 nights for what we received, Expedia must do better or I won’t be able to rely on them in future
