The room was decent sized. However there was water everywhere as the ice melted in the fridge and spread all over. We noticed this as soon as we got in the room. So this shows that there was no prior check done before providing the keys. After 3-4 attempts they somehow removed the water from fridge but the fridge did not work at all. My parents are old and I couldn’t keep their medication in the fridge. We spent at least 1 hr in this mess. I had given them clear instructions on the breakfast menu and time. Nothing was done on time and they provided completely wrong items! I addressed it nothing happened. Location is prime hence we decided to continue to stay.

The hotel is in very poor condition and the service has been disappointing. The actual hotel environment is nothing like the pictures shown online. The bathroom door lock and window locks are not functioning properly, and the bathroom facilities are in terrible condition. The Wi-Fi has been down for the entire day, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, there is no elevator access to every floor, which has made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially for my father, who is seriously ill and has difficulty using the stairs. Overall, our experience at this hotel has been very unsatisfactory.
