Room was very clean. Staff outstanding . Especially the bar steward and Reception. Pool sauna and breakfast was amazing. The buffet dinner is a winner all round . Great choice and good value at €35 pp. You wont be disappointed

I was very impressed about how luck I was to end up here. I was worried whether I could find a place where I would be able to check in so late (Sunday 10pm) and if the staff would be able to speak any other language than German. Very comfortable stay in a lovey area of NRW. Unfortunately I could not appreciate all the facilities, which are welcoming with their hours of availability. Now I know where to stay the next time I come to the region.

Ja, das Hotel trifft designtechnisch wohl nicht den Kern der heutigen Zeit. Dafür ist das Hotel und die Einrichtung absolut gut in Stand gehalten. Das Personal und Frühstück ebenfalls super, der Pool ganz zu schweigen! Komme definitiv mal wieder.

Die Nutzung des Parkplatzes kostet 6 Euro pro Tag, die Kaution für die Ladekarte der Strom Ladesäule belief sich auf 20 Euro, die Leihgebühr für einen Bademantel 10 Euro.. Das Frühstück kostete 24 Euro pro Person...... Wir mussten mehrfach unsere Daten ausfüllen, einmal zum Check In und dann noch einmal ein Formular für den Erhalt der Ladekarte..viel Bürokratie und zu hohe Nebenkosten....daher waren wir etwas enttäuscht...

Frühstück ist top. Der Barkeeper Shari ist super. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wellnessbereich leider auch. Die Angestellten ander Rezeption müssen fast gar nichts mehr machen weil Ein- und Auschecken nur noch digital erfolgt. Wirkt alles sehr unpersönlich.
