“Very disappointing experience with Hilton. We arrived at 9:00 AM and, despite rooms being available, we were told we could not check in until 1:00 PM unless we paid an additional 50% early check-in fee. We had informed the hotel beforehand that we had a flight at 5:00 AM the next day and would check out at 3:00 AM, meaning we only needed the room for a few hours of rest.
