A great room spacious clean and quiet. Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel in California Customer service was so helpful and staff was polite and courteous. I recommend the Hampton inn to anyone who wants topnotch service

The Mountain View Hampton Inn was only a few minutes away from our friends' home in a very nice neighborhood. The hotel looked brand new and everything was clean and fresh. Our room was spacious with places to put our suitcases and hang coats and my purse. The bed was very comfortable and AC quiet but effective. The breakfast menu varied from day to day. The only thing we missed was butter for our toast, but they did have cream cheese, honey, and jam. We enjoyed our stay there.

Karen, at the front desk, was thoughtful to check that the room was to our liking. My husband split some ice in the hallway. I told Karen and she sent someone asap to clean up and dry the area. We felt bad, but glad to see that they keep the property up to date. Parking was good. Location is good. Pillows were a little soft. It was an excellent stay.

Big and clean rooms with fridge and Sofa .. highly comfortable bed .. our Room was in direction of the Street so it was a bit noisy with Traffic passing by. Complementary breakfast with fresh waffles and small selection of all necessary was good. The Breakfast Area and Lobby did smell a bit Like cold cigarette smoke - but floors and guest room did not.

The staff were very responsive to a minor noise issue. Clean. Parking was free and straightforward. Breakfast was corporate standard, for me at least filling and no issues. Good location if you have a car and are in Mountain View. Caltrain's nearish but I didn't use it.

Great Hotel: I enjoy the free breakfast and friendly staff. It is very quiet for sleeping and the beds are comfortable. You can walk to Castro, street in 10 min. to enjoy dinner outside and many coffee shops! The free parking is safe too.
