Torn and stained carpets and drapes, leaking coffee maker, very poorly done makeshift paint and floor repairs. Insane roaring harleys outside the window at 5am. Some staff very courteous tho and tried to help.

The staff were very receptive and quick to honor our requests...needed new batteries for the tv remote and they were on it! We stayed on a Saturday night and the local impromptu car racing was loud and obnoxious until the late hours. Nothing the hotel can do about it, I realize but it marred our visit at this location.

The property is old and a little worn. It’s within walking distance of lots of restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly but I needed to go back to them to ask how to operate the air conditioner (thermostat on the wall) and what the WiFi password was.

The breakfast was great!! I dont know if they were short staffed room not clean old hand towel on shower. coffee pod still in the coffee pot used, then no coffee pods for coffee and they didn't replace towels, When I called to front desk were very short and abrupt. This hotel has alot of potential, the restaurant they advertise does not exist it wasn't the best experience especially because I use your chain alot Thank you

The toilet ran non stop the flooring was coming up the faucet was loose the cable guide was a pain to use The connential breakfast was very good .. the advertised pool is a joke (not on property..its across the street) you'll need a voucher to get in the pool Pricing was ok Suggestion..drop the pool in your ad and fix your motel and maybe some new carpet

This hotel is in serious need of renovations. Everything looks very old and used. Cleanliness was an issue, the room we booked smelled like someone had smoked in it recently, while the air conditioner was not working properly. The check-in staff were friendly and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The free breakfast is similar to what you get at other hotel chains. However, I find it unbelievable that Expedia rates this hotel 3 and a half stars.

Sorry, but I cannot rate this hotel above 2 - 3 stars. The outside looked fine (it's located in a big parking lot, next to big, busy roads, along with a couple other chain hotels. So not a beautiful location, but I knew that going in--). The lobby seemed okay, but once you start looking around, there are many things in disrepair or that are dirty or unkempt. A few steps beyond the lobby as you go to the elevator, things get pretty bad. Bare, dirty flooring and what looks to be an old freight elevator. Stepping out onto the 3rd floor (there are 3 floors, and I had requested the third), it's mind-boggling how old, grim, and just plain filthy the carpet and walls are. Stuff (furniture that's been taken out of a room, some cleaning supplies) in the hallway. Our room was not too bad, after all that! Seemed clean, comfortable beds, etc. Bathroom old, but it worked okay. My husband liked the shower. We did not stay for the free breakfast. My suggestion would be to close that top floor--either forever, or until it can be redone. We took a look down the hall on the second floor, and it was a bit better than the third.

This hotel is run down, the main bathroom off of the lobby had a bar of soap that had been reduced to a sliver, no paper towel. The hotel has very old smelly carpet and the floors didn’t seem secure down the corridors. The bed was comfortable and didn’t smell- looked to be a newer mattress but no mattress protector. The bottom sheet was very thin/worn. I would not return to this hotel and maybe drive to Lynnwood area.
