The Howland House was situated in the most perfect spot in the Catskill Mountains! Very clean property, outstanding staff who never say no and go out of their way to help you.... The only thing I didn't care for, but not really a big deal, was that we had to share the 2 bathrooms down the hall with two other rooms. While the bathrooms were nice, they just weren't in the room we were staying in due to being sold out of the rooms with. The restaurant, Oliver's, was quite lovely and attached to the house part of the property with the bar. Food was outstanding, being made with all seasonal vegetables and local proteins from farms in the area.
