We very much enjoyed our stay and found everyone one we encountered was courteous and accommodating. Very clean. Location is fabulous and close to everything! Early risers that are coffee drinkers, bring your own because they don’t put it out until 7am in the lobby and what is in the room is meh. Reds, the hotel restaurant, had the best cheesesteak I think I have ever had. Drinks on site are pricey but the staff and vibe was good. All around, and knowing what to do and bring as a traveler here, I would 100% stay again !!

The layout of the room was nice and it was clean. The pool was a little small for the size of the hotel which made it crowded. The balcony was dirty and needed to be power washed badly. Front desk staff were very pleasant. Overall a nice stay.

Loved the garden, waterfall and Coy fish in the center of the building. That was lovely. My husband is handicapped and we used the pool and hot tub. There is a lift to assist person to get in and out. We didn't discover that the lift was not working when he was in the hot tub, and we struggled to get him out, but we did. Note to self, always check before getting in that the lift is working!
