“We enjoyed our stay at The Dunedin Boutique Hotel. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. There was a peaceful ambience about the place. The breakfast was delicious with a small range of cooked foods and cereals/ yoghurts to select from which would cater for most people. All served in a delightful sunlit dining room. The Staff members were very obliging and helpful. We would definitely recommend to other friends and stay again. ”

“Quick overnight trip, came up after being at sport outside in rain, very cold tired and room was so warm, host friendly as it was late check in, very helpful, got me the fan I wanted to. Only slightly negative was bed in main room uncomfortable however rest of stay primo couldn't recommend enough and would definitely stay again thanks ”
