“We had a very spacious and lovely room which was clean and well equipped. The view from the windows was spectacular and impressive. The Fort itself is located at a top location and it could potentially be a three star hotel but at the moment there are some shortcomings which should be amended. “Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family. The stay was plesant in overall. However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival. On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay. Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked.
