Ótima estadia para família, quartos confortáveis e limpos. Excelente café da manhã com funcionários prestativos e amplas opções. Os pedidos no restaurante da piscina servidos rápidos e bem saborosos. Foi uma experiência boa, voltarei. A única coisa que eu gostaria de pontuar é o tempo para check in e a fila grande formada, talvez a presença de mais funcionários nesse período facilitaria esse ponto. Ficaria mais satisfeita se fosse petfriendly para todos os portes, não apenas os pequenos.

As piscinas térmicas são ótimas. Infelizmente, não é feita manutenção alguma do hotel. Os quartos são velhos, apresentando vazamentos, camas barulhentas e desconfortáveis. No bar da piscina, há muitos gatos e cachorros esperando por comida. Não é um ambiente que nos dê a sensação de limpeza. Não recomendo.

Dr uma forma geral, é um bom hotel, com uma boa dormida, café da manhã farto, e piscinas de águas termais muito atrativas. Mas o quarto onde ficamos, o número 121, precisava de manutenção no banheiro, tendo um vazamento no vaso.

Minha hospedagem no Thermas durante o "Pingo da Mei Dia" foi extremamente decepcionante. Enfrentamos sucessivas faltas de água nos quartos e o disjuntor caiu simplesmente por ligarmos um secador de cabelo, mostrando uma infraestrutura bem deficiente. Para piorar, fomos cobrados em R$ 100,00 apenas para levar um pequeno bolo de aniversário para cantar parabéns para um colega na área da piscina. Um tremendo absurdo e total falta de bom senso. Estou totalmente insatisfeito e não recomendo.

Logo de início a experiência não foi agradável: um casal tentou entrar no mesmo quarto em que estávamos por um erro da recepção. Deram o mesmo número do quarto a eles. Provavelmente não houve o registro correto do meu quarto quando fiz o check-in. A sorte foi que a porta não abriu. Uma luz do quarto estava queimada e pedimos para trocarem, o que foi atendido 3 horas depois. O banheiro precisa urgentemente de manutenção, assim como outras partes do hotel. Sobe um odor bem forte após a descarga, deixando o banheiro sempre com mal cheiro. O cheiro de mofo no quarto me deixou com uma crise alérgica fortíssima. Precisei sair às 00:40 para comprar antialérgico. Respeito demais a história do Thermas e tenho grande carinho por ele, mas infelizmente não voltarei. Não tem como passar tantos anos e não fazerem manutenção.
