The hotel is very good, the breakfast is good and all the services are good. The only minus that was not due to hotels.com was because I would have checked out earlier on behalf of the hotel, but on behalf of hotels.com the payment is not refunded!!?

"Beach-Life"

Very freindly and aproaching staff. The hotel has an ambient theme of "Beach life" throughout. - even with ovn beach outside by the shore. Rooms are comfy and clean, - bed is nice. Restaurant is classy without trying "too hard" - which actually works well in supporting the ambient atmosphere. Nice pool area on top with inside/outside pool and sauna with rituals and friendly staff.

A real gem!

We’ve just enjoyed a few days at this beautiful hotel, what a find!! Moss is being heavily invested in as an area and as a result we enjoyed a stunning hotel, the spa was incredible, the food was delicious and the staff were really helpful, polite and accommodating to us and our young family. I cannot recommend enough for a few days on a Fijord near Oslo. We’ve stayed in lots of luxury hotels around the world and this one is up there with one of the best. Thank you for such a great time.

Brand new and great location

Great location and newly developed area as well as the newly built Hotel Riviera will only improve. That said, the hotel and service was already top notch so the few workers running around fixing and making finishing touches didn't bother me one bit. I will look forward to the next opportunity to stay at the Riviera.

Ett flott sted med fine fasiliteter. Likte godt maten både, både frokost og middagen smakte utmerket. Ingen aircondition, kun klimaanlegg trakk litt ned,- da det ble veldig varmt om natten midtsommers (selv om det ikke var en veldig varm helg). Flott bade/wellness i toppetasjen med bar og utsikt over byen og sjøen👍 Imidlertid viktig at de ansatte følger bedre med på alkoholinntaket, da vi så flere som var godt beruset i bassenget og kunne skadet seg selv. Litt ubehagelig med fulle folk kl 14 på en lørdag, og mange trakk seg unna de. Likevel fikk de fortsatt servering. Ellers, ett helt topp sted!

Hotellet är väldigt fint och uppdaterat generellt. Rummet höll hög standard och väldigt fin utsikt. Bekväm säng och fräscht badrum. Tv:n fungerade däremot inte alls bra. TV-kanalerna hackade hela tiden och bilden flimrade. Det gick inte heller att ansluta till Netflix, även om den möjligheten fanns på menyn (eller så kunde inte vi klura ut det). Detta är förvisso bagateller. Det stora problemet är avsaknaden av service i receptionen, både vid incheckning och utcheckning, samt under tiden vi bodde där. Det var väldigt sällan bemannat och man kunde få vänta en lång stund innan någon dök upp. Tyvärr kändes det som om man som gäst var till besvär, när man hade frågor eller behövde något. Som kontrast var personalen på frukosten mycket serviceinriktade och var behjälpliga i princip hela tiden. Tyckte även att kvaliteten på frukosten höll en hög standard.
