I felt comfortable staying at this hotel, I appreciate the pickup from the bus station which was a good price $5usd, it was roomy enough to fit my 8 luggages, and 2 passengers.
On my arrival everyone was welcoming and polite. My room was nice and clean. However the dinner was pricey for the location, however breakfast was yummy. The beds was comfortable, the room was was spacious, and the air conditioner worked perfectly.
The hotel arranged the driver to take me to the waterfalls for $30usd which is a good price for the area. They also took me to Arusha to get my covid test for traveling out of the country but charged me $100usd from moshi to Arusha and back to the hotel, I felt overcharged for the ride. I say this because I paid $59usd for two tickets to Niarobi with an additional luggage fee on a private shuttle. When the owner realized I was no longer spending extra money for dinner and other options the hotel offered(I ate outside of hotel for lunch and dinner). My last night stay changed, I had no WIFI for work (bill not paid, I told the staff but no changes) , no hot water in shower (ad says 24hr hot water) and the staff failed to tell shuttle company to come pick me up from hotel. I had to rush the staff to help me load luggages and leave to the bus station. It seemed as if they wanted me to miss my shuttle so I can stay another day at the hotel. Overall I was comfortable but the overcharging, lack of wifi, and hot water was the only problem. I am a USA traveler.
