Ceiling looked as if there was mold damage. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work, caked with dirt and dust, and a light could be seen through the fan into what appeared to be a room. Bathroom door would not shut all the way. Only one small bar of soap and one package of shampoo available.

The outside halls and sidewalks was dirty. They need to use a leaf blower and blow off all the dust and dirt. After seeing the outside I was pleasantly surprised to see the room clean. I would stay here again if I’m in the area

we had a handicapped room there was no closet in the room!! there were no cups the floor was covered in dog or cat hair don’t know which! And I MEAN COVERED!! so was the dust ruffle around d the mattress! I Love my fur babies so the hair in itself wasn’t t a problem but not cleaning the room was absolutely sickening!!! Will never recommend this place. !

Property was clean, however our toilet leaked and started flooding the bathroom. You could tell by the rotted baseboards that this was an ongoing problem. Also, be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo with you. They provide mere slivers anymore.

The room itself was ok, though the bed was uncomfortable, but the bathroom was a disaster. Multiple patches on the walls painted mismatched colors. The tub's finish was patchy and peeling. The floor's corners had caked grime. The door was beat up and did not latch. It was not great.

Requested handicapped rooms - gave us rooms on the 2nd floor wgoing up with a ramp. The elevator doesn't work and looks like the bird cage from Jurassic Park. The hotel is extremely run down and in need of repairs. There were no security chains on the doors. I could go on and on and have several pictures. Do not stay here!

The room was presentable. The parking was good. The tub was dirty, the shower didn’t work. The tv was really old. The ac was so loud I wanted to turn it off but couldn’t because of the heat. There was a dead bug on the “clean towel”

Bed was good. Parking good. I was told there was a coffee pit in the room, there was not. No soap, except a shampoo/conditioner packet. I used to wash my hands. I got in late so it wasn’t worth the trouble to get what I wanted. I just left
