Our AC window unit was quite loud (a mixed blessing/deterrent) but not very productive in cooling the room. “It is a perfect place to sense of small-town New York. And just across the road there is a short walk to Schroon Lake which is marvellous as it is lined by trees that are close to 100 feet high.
