The whole place got renovated since I been there a few years ago. Refurbished rooms, super clean. Very cozy and nice looking public space with a grill, bar table, swing seesaws as bar stools(!) and ping-pong table (!). Bicycles and some beach stuff you can use (for free). And the main thing - own beach access board walk. Highly recommend!

Father/Daughter owned. They were both very kind and pleasant. We were greeted daily. The room was amazing and the vibe was unmatched. It was short walk to the beach. Our dogs were welcomed. If you want a nice place to stay, with awesome hosts at affordable prices this is your stop. My wife and I will be back and our puppies too. We have been to many beaches at many hotels and this was by far the best. We look forward to going back again!!!!!!!💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

We enjoyed our stay at the Beacon! It is in a perfect location with great access to the beach. We loved the friendliness of the staff and other travelers. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring a white noise machine because you can hear what is going on outside, since it is an older motel that has been updated. We will definitely be back whenever we come to the beach!

Location was excellent! Cute place. However, we could tell our room wasn’t cleaned very well. Small pieces of trash on the floor, counter wasn’t wiped down. Curtains were see through so we had to hang a sheet over the window.

Stayed here for just a night over Easter weekend. We were greeted by the owner, Christina. She was lovely, accommodating, and warm. She let us borrow a few things for the beach and directed us to our room. The room was nice. Two queen beds, comfortable. The A/C was cold and the TV worked. The only issue we had was the neighboring room had a dog that kept barking in the daytime, but it wasn’t really that distracting. We had a great stay, and plan on coming back.

Just a boardwalk away from the ocean! The rooms were better than we expected. Very family oriented with a little hangout and yard game section! 10/10 would recommend this place to stay and we will be back!
