“Excellent hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again. My only disappointment was the hotel spa which doesn't belong to hotel but is onsite and offer services whilst you are at pool. I booked 2 treatments and they asked for payment upfront (whilst booking you in while you are relaxing at pool). Unfortunately I went for my treatments and they only did one, claiming I hadn't got them both booked - even though I gave the receipt to spa manager and was fully paid. They...

“Was fantastic, the staff brilliant the food quality amazing. We did eat in 2 of the restaurants but the buffet was the best I’ve had for an all inclusive. I know some people have mentioned not on the beach it’s a 2min walk max from the exit of the resort where the bar is so yes a small walk to get a drink. But on the beach the hotel has its own sun beds and area. I would say only fault but understand at the restaurant not all options include and extra charge for those options they give a 30%...

“Unmotivated staff, old hotel that got "make up" , buffet style with cheap food and tasteless. If you want to eat anything but the cruise-ship style buffet - you need to go to a specific counter - stand in line - to make a reservation etc etc.... really sad organization and absolutely soul-less ... Air-con not working well. a labyrinth up and down stairs everywhere with no clear signage. The 2 positives was view and no kids so nice and silent. Unless you like a low budget cruise-ship style -...
