We had a one night stay in the bigger cabin. The cabin was clean and adequate for a short stay. Nice view from the front porch. We had to check in at the office and show an ID to get the key. Our cabin was close to the road and could hear the traffic and the train. The furniture and arrangement was random and the tv was not a smart tv and had no cable. Owner does have large selection of DVDs in the office. I expected a better stay for the price.

The cabin was very clean. The check-in smooth and friendly. Plenty of parking. The cabin was well equipped. The heater worked great. The only thing that wasn’t appealing was the outside view of this one particular cabin. The others were probably fine. I’d still stay in this same one though especially for mainly a good nights sleep.

Cozy cabin in a private setting which was comfortable and rustic. Wifi was limited but it was otherwise perfectly suitable for a cabin in the woods. Out of the many accommodations we had in Alaska this was one of the more memorable at a reasonable price.

A comfortable stay in the woods

The host were very hospitable and friendly. They made us feel like part of their family. Location is very well situated and only 30 minutes from Seward.
