Habitación muy pequeña, no es para 4 personas, no tiene ni armarios , y con las maletas no puedes ni moverte por la habitación. Además, la comunicación con establecimiento malísimo, el mando de la televisión no funcionaba y en el baño no pusieron papel higiénico, reclamé en varias ocasiones y tuve que comprar

We had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities were nicely kept and made our downtime really comfortable, and the size of the place was perfect for our needs—spacious enough to relax, but not overwhelming. What really stood out was the location: it’s in a fantastic neighborhood with easy access to all kinds of local shops and restaurants, so there was always something nearby to enjoy. We recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-situated place to stay!

L'hébergement est très bien situé, dans une rue avec des commerces/restaurants. Ma chambre donnant sur une rue a l'arrière du bâtiment très calme. L'accès etait facile. Je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles car je pense qu'il aurait été appréciable d'avoir un petit manuel pour se servir de l'électroménager (notamment la machine à laver) et la tv ne fonctionne pas sans compte Amazon, dommage. Je ne suis restée qu'une nuit mais sinon l'appartement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Je recommande

Nothing special, but it does the trick. It should be priced lower. This is an honest opinion. We didn’t hate the place but the location is the best part. Also, a few things should be fixed the towel racks are broken in the bathroom. Also the handle in the shower is broken. The carpet is gross you need a new one and the biggest thing is the entrance to the building doesn’t actually lock and needs to be serviced. If you’re looking for a good review, maintain the property.

I stayed in a studio unit for six nights. It was as described, comfortable and clean. A couple of comments though… I could have used a few more towels. There was no dish cloth, tea towel or coffee filters in the kitchen. And nowhere to hang clothes. The location was exceptional. And overall the experience was quite acceptable.

My family stayed at this hotel for four days in early June 2026. Although the hotel is located in an excellent area, the actual condition and quality of the property fell far short of the photos and descriptions provided by the owner. The room was much smaller than expected, and the overall cleanliness could be significantly improved. I would not recommend this hotel to families traveling with children. Given the price, there are certainly better accommodation options available in the area.

This place has potential, but the owner needs to fix the security issue with the front door. Another traveller reported that the front door doesn’t lock (meaning anyone can walk in and up to the apartment area), so it wasn’t a surprise, but it’s not great that this hasn’t been treated as a priority. The place looked like the pictures. There are small improvements that could be made: provide paper towels in the kitchen, a lamp on each bedside table. I didn’t love that we had to take out our trash when we checked out. The toilet backed up/wouldn’t flush on the first night. I asked them to fix it the next day and it took a little bit longer than I liked to hear back. It started flushing normally the following day so I can’t comment any further. Other than that, it’s in a good location in the Plateau. 8 minute walk to the Metro. The price was affordable.

Clean and new room. Nicely done. Perfect location. Only thing is checkin is a bit uncoordinated. I had to phone somebody and add them with WhatsApp (email and Expedia were somehow async) which I fortunately have. But Imagine if another visitor comes without network (traveler landed without roaming open) and doesn’t use WhatsApp. They ask people to send ID via email which I was also reluctant but I did so because I think it’s might be necessary. And they said we would receive notice by email upon arrival. But we never receive anything until coming right in front of the door.

The location was great and was walking distance to anything that you would need in Plateau Mont-Royal. The space was nice and clean. The only downside was the sheets and pillowcases had some black (grease?) marks, and the towels were stained with what I think is makeup that wouldn't wash out. The communication with the host was poor. It was raining while I was there and so I had requested an umbrella, which they said they didn't have any. I thought it was a reasonable request as a guest. The listing also said that there would be a hair dryer and there wasn't one, so when I requested that, they said they would bring me one the next day and they never did.

Small quiet apartment in a building on the Plateau. Great area, very cute. Appears recently renovated and recent appliances. Great to have a washer in your suite so you can pack in carry on bag! All kinds of shops and restaurants close by!

The location was great, the room was modern and well furnished. Air conditioning thankfully worked great (we arrived during a heatwave in Montreal). The lack of an openable window for ventilation was my biggest problem.

This place is located in an excellent and vibrant area of the city. But the check-in process is a bit clunky. You can reach staff by whatsapp but they take time to respond. There are two flights of stairs you need to climb with your suitcases in tow. I had a very heavy suitcase and had to take it up myself. Got a pretty bad muscle injury in my arm. So pack light if staying here. As for the suite itself: it has everything you need. But it’s a cramped space. And not particularly clean. Floors not cleaned properly. Found an insect. There was a random reusable water bottle in the fridge and not sure who it belonged to. I got to the room early and was told to leave my stuff inside the room while housekeeping cleaned up. Housekeeping wasn’t there when I got there. There was a weird dank smell in the place. Also the walls and front door were paper thin. Could hear neighbours yelling in the evening. And I could smell their food. Wouldn’t really recommend if you’re a sensitive sleeper or particular about details and cleanliness.
