Great spot right off Highway 30 in a largely pedestrian outdoor shopping complex. Great if you are travelling with a dog as many of the restaurants (all walking distance) have patios and allowed us to dine with our dog. Rooms are clean, bed was very comfortable, and lots of little thoughtful touches make it feel a bit special. Will absolutely stay again.

The hotel is excellent clean and well maintained. The staff was professional and friendly. I don’t rec the bar in the hotel , was very expensive and bartender was clearly not interested in her job.

Great location. Nice and clean. The only odd thing is that the washroom is not fully enclosed. There is an opening at the top of the wall, so it is partially open to the bedroom.

I had a wonderful stay at Alt Hotel Quartier DIX30. The hotel is modern, stylish, clean, and extremely well located. The biggest advantage is the location — being right in the heart of Quartier DIX30 means there are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, shops, and entertainment options just steps away. The room was comfortable, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the modern atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Everything felt fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed.

Hotel and rooms were nicely styled and modern chic. Bathroom was really nice too! Very quiet AC was a bonus. However, it can get noisy in the hallway and you can hear people coming and going from their rooms, and also noise from the outside parking lot. A couple things didn't make sense: the bathroom doors are French style but they don't close together completely so there is about 2 inch gap which is awkward if you're sharing a room. The lights in bathroom also light up the room itself, which I don't understand eat night time. .
